Sky's Press Release for SkyNews Ireland

Limerick's Live 95fm and Sky news have entered a unique partnership. Sky News Ireland's West of Ireland Bureau is to be based in the offices of Live 95fm on the Dock Road in the city. The bureau is fronted by Eibhl'n N' Chonghaile, West of Ireland correspondent and staffed by cameraman Micheal Mac Suibhne. The bureau will have satellite communications and state-of-the-art editing. A preview of the new set revealed a fresh look and approach to nightly news bulletins with anchor Gráinne Seoige presenting from around the studio rather than from behind a desk. The Irish team of correspondents has already been covering stories for the award-winning 24-hour news channel – including reporting on the nationwide smoking ban and the official EU enlargement ceremony in Phoenix Park. From Monday, 10 May 2004, Sky News Ireland will broadcast twice-nightly bulletins at 7pm and 10pm. The half-hour bulletins, anchored by Gráinne Seoige, will cover news, sport and weather across the country. At weekends a ‘Review of the Week’ will be shown at 7pm and 10pm. Sky News Ireland will be holding a pre-launch press conference, and unveiling the set, on Thursday 6 May.

Write out ''I will not download movies/music 1000 times'

So the MPAA and possiable the RIAA are paying for a lesson guide for kids in the US, started this school year it has been showen to approx 500,000 students in the US.

Wired is currently running a story on this and I have to laugh at one of the quotes from it regarding how it affects the industry "How is that different from me just borrowing a Ferrari from the dealership and just passing it around to my f friends?"
Well my answer to this is, well this wouldn't affect Ferrari if you were able to make a copy of it and give the Ferrari back to the dealership :-)

I don't know about anyone else but the idea of corporations teaching kids the difference between right & wrong to kids in school scares me alot, this is upto parents and not companys.
The fact is file sharing will continue even if it falls back to pre-1997 numbers before Napster, Kazaa

and Scour...It will most likely just return it IRC and ftp sites and
although this will affect the number of people that do it it will
none-the-less continue to happen.
